Are you fretting over your imbalanced chakras?
Or have you recently had a healer balance and align you?…
Balance is one of those things that we worry about because it’s a misnomer like perfection. We want to attain balance as a badge that we are doing life right like everything is just fine when we are living a balanced life.
It is common to hear about ‘over-activity’ or ‘under-activity’ in your seven primary chakras or energy centers. The other day I was poking around on a health website that spoke in percentages of blockage in the energy centers.
Say what? This doesn’t do anything for the reader except reinforce they are wrong in some way.
I don’t look at energy in this way and this is why:
Using over-active, under-active, or the term blockage about our energy applies a vague description that doesn’t scratch the surface of the activity in our energetic field. We vibrate, we are frequency, there is no balance.
Energy is a spectrum with opposite poles and using over-active or under-active gives you a median point on that spectrum called “Balanced”. Think of a pendulum swinging back and forth. It is in motion, there is no set point or position of balance. There may be a median but that is it.
Balance is truly a misnomer. The way one person experiences balance is much different than the way someone else experiences their internal state of homeostasis.
Through the framework that I work in called Chakredy™, we look at energy on a spectrum of Contracted through to Expansive. This is because energy is frequency, fluid and vibrational, which means it is constantly moving and as such, there is no state of balance.
Many people perceive chakra energy as spinning orbs; I believe this is because this is the way we are taught to look at the energy, as specific points. I see the energy centers as more fluid, one blending into another, not with hard specific boundaries in our bodies or in our auric field for that matter.
This energy flexes, expands, and contracts. When I see these energies as over-active or under-active, they are simply presenting as chaotic energy, which is neither contracted, open or expanded. Although chaotic energy is a specific presentation in itself, I interpret this energy as not clear if it’s contracting or if it’s open and expanding. It’s as if the energetic state isn’t sure where it wants to be.
Once we understand and let go of trying to be in balance, we can get down to the business of looking at what our energy is really telling us.
